Currently we have a Junior Designer position available at Designerjuice, this role is perfect for pre or post graduates who are looking for experience in a creative environment. This role does not have a specific requirement in regards to educational credentials but we do require examples of work to be provided before any interview process is issued.
The duties of the junior designer will be understanding the sales process throughout the day, communicating with clients and potential clients offering our services. Full training on this duty will be given.
The main duties of the Junior designer is to work on and complete micro jobs that come into the company under supervision of a lead designer. The role comes with assistance and training to help broaden skill sets wile the main objective is to complete projects in a set amount of time.
Other duties would be telephone and email skills, maintaining a constructive work environment with eventually no supervision and creating weekly reports on sales & projects.
Sales & Customer Service
Sales is a huge element to our business and we are continuously looking for talented individuals who can work with others and by themselves to reach our weekly goals. We are looking for self motivated people who want to earn a fair income for their time to help take our company to the next level. We have the quality of work and now we need businesses and individuals to know about our products and services.
We have full and part time positions available in our sales department and opportunities to work from home, this is perfect for stay at home parents or university students looking to topping up their income.
The duties of our sales team is to pitch to businesses and individuals on a platform we have set up that have pre-qualified leads, theres no hard selling involved in this role, you simply provide a quotation and delivery estimate to buyers who are waiting to hear off us.
Other duties would be telephone and email skills, maintaining a constructive work environment with no supervision and reaching a weekly quota in pitches, each persons weekly goal will be custom to them and the amount of time they would like to put into this role.
Over the next few month we will be rolling out a number of apprenticeships along side a governing body to offer work placed training in Social media marketing, Sales, Design, Web Development & Application Development.

Social Media & SEO Marketing
We are pleased to announce a placement for a talented and enthusiastic person who’s looking at getting a qualification in SEO and online marketing! The position is layed back in a comfortable office environment working alongside site sales members and lead designers both in house and remotely, helping to deliver one of our sub services in online marketing.
The role consists of a session in the morning working with our marketers and pitching potential clients alongside our sales persons to working on marketing campaigns for our company and our clients. The main elements to the role is to hit a mid day goal of pitches and in the afternoon create SEO friendly content which will be shared on social media platforms at different periods in the week.
The ideal candidate should have good written skills and a interest in writing articles and blogs on a variety of different topics, research skills is another attribute we are interested in.
Sales & Customer Services
Currently we have a Sales & Customer Services apprentice position available at Designerjuice, this role is perfect for anyone who is looking for experience in a creative environment, with the focus of sales and our customers in mind.
The duties of this apprentice will be understanding the sales process throughout the day, communicating with clients and potential clients offering our services and sending them quotes. Full training on this duty will be given.
Another dutie that this apprentice will be undertaking, is communicating with current clients, helping them out with any enquiries that they have, due to the operations of this business, a basic understanding of websites and graphics is a must. More knowledge will be passed onto the apprentice as the role progresses.
Other duties would be telephone and email skills, maintaining a constructive work environment with no supervision and creating weekly reports on sales as well as logging conversations with clients.
Web Languages (Coding)
We are pleased to announce a placement for a talented and enthusiastic person who’s looking at getting a qualification in computer languages and web development. We typically need an individual passionate about computer languages and wants to be challenged on a weekly basis.
The role involves being in touch with sales in the morning period of each day and lending a hand in the morning sales session, liasioning with lead designers to come to an agreement on a project. This may happen multiple times a day
The initial duties for this role is to create solutions and snippets to assist the lead designers in creating projects for our clients, periodically we will give you a project to handle yourself so a basic entry skill in coding is essential in this role to be possible.
Personal Assistant & Sales
Due to Designerjuice offering a vast amount of services and with us branching onto the high street very soon with our very own brand we have a position for a passionate individual to help with the duties of a lead designer and business owner.
The duties for this role would include helping members of sales team in the morning session and keeping track of our daily targets by producing written reports every evening with metrics displayed using formulas with spreadsheets.
Researching different topics making phones calls emailing and networking with other businesses alongside the lead designer and sometimes on their own initiative is essential in helping to grow the business through out the north of England.
There is a number of key skills we require in this role but full training can be given, these skills are using spreadsheets to create informative presentations, written skills and telephone manners this role is for people who want to excel as an individual to help grow the core of the business alongside the business owner and gain vital experience weather they are to continue to work with the company after the 6 to 12 month or to progress their new skills in a new challenging environment.
