Can I use purchased content on multiple sites?
Yes, you are free to use any content purchased (i.e graphics) on as many websites as you like. We do not place any restrictions on how many times you use purchased content nor do we limit the number of domains that you can use this content to.
What is your refund policy?
We offer no-questions-asked refunds to all customers within 30 days of your purchase. If you are not satisfied with our support, then simply send us an email and we will refund your purchase right away. Our goal has always been to create a happy, thriving community. If you are not thrilled with the service or are not enjoying the experience, then we have no interest in forcing you to stay an unhappy member.
Can I upgrade after signing up?
Yes, you can upgrade your package at any time after signing up.
Can I claim if my website does down?
Unfortunately as a third party we are not 100% in control of your hosting solution if you are not hosting your website with one of our recommended hosts.

In the event that your website does have down time we can sort out any fixes or rush the responsibilities of your web host, under no circumstances a claim can be made for the error of other we only assist in the upkeep of your website and hosting. any downtime as result of your hosts errors any form of reclaim must be made with them.
